The highest quality Korean spa in LA. The prices are high to match, and you can get a better deal at other spas, but the amenities at Olympic are unmatched. The space is clean and the customer service is fantastic. You can get the same quality Korean body scrub at another spa, but the massages are at Olympic are unmatched and are totally worth it. The shiatsu is my favorite. There is a mandatory 20% gratuity that is not included in the prices on the website.

Be wary if you're a Black woman coming here. Almost three weeks ago, my friends and I experienced a biased and slightly harrowing experience in the communal spa areas from one of the masseuse's. The facilities and massage experience itself was nice, but it ended with a masseuse shushing us as if we were children, despite the fact not all of us talking. No one else in the spa room was addressed about their speaking despite being at audible volumes. Before coming to leave a review, I emailed the business and management hoping for a remedy and accountability. It's been two weeks since this email and no response, which speaks volumes and leads me to this review. Is this the type of experience that your spa offers for WOC? We felt shocked and especially targeted despite the full spa room conversing at that time. This left an incredibly bad taste in our mouths and makes me question if I'll ever patron them again.

I haven’t been to Olympic Spa in years- I used to love coming here when I lived in Los Angeles, and this being my first trip back not pregnant, it was one of the highlights of my visit. They have made some upgrades post pandemic! While I miss their full cafe and the mugwort tub, I love the major upgrades (cold room and large veranda) and the small ones too (infused water in each room, light snack stations, and - my favorite - the lavender iced towels!) I also love that they add the 20% gratuity for you now (I rarely carry cash these days). I had the Goddess treatment and it did not disappoint. My skin looks amazing and I left feeling so healthy, refreshed and relaxed after a particularly busy week with family traveling all over southern CA. Wholeheartedly recommend this Korean spa over all others in LA.

I found them on Google and drove 1 hour to try them. The staff was very professional and nice, it started with the parking attendant and then the front desk ladies. I got the 25 mins head and neck massage for $80 plus 20% mandatory tip and tax came to $96. Vivian who is Chinese Korean was a pro at getting my knots out. I thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi, salt sauna room, and hot red light oxygen room which made my necklace and earrings burn up after 5mins. But it was the various eating and lounging areas with spa music amply stocked with low calories popcorn, cup noodle, apple, granola bar, and fresh cucumber lemon lime water that impressed me. Of course, the gray squishy slippers that felt like a foot massage as I walked around helped too. The robe was a bit too flimsy and was hard to keep on. The beautiful Korean art hung on the hallway and chandelier added to the atmosphere. I saw girlgangs of 4 or 5, and everyone had the look of relaxation on their face. Only draw back is their wifi doesn't cover the whole building, only the eating area.

It's been about 4 years since I've been here. Over the covid shutdown, they made a lot of upgrades. It's very nice! I was reading all of the 1 star reviews, and the majority were complaints about the new policy where a booking is required now to use the facilities. This made me more excited to go. It was so relaxing, not overcrowded! I got the gua sha facial and a relaxation massage. I was a massage therapist for 20 years and am rarely critical of massages. It was a great massage, but ... we were taught to be cautious over the kidneys. My left kidney is still sore! She cranked on my kidney! Otherwise, it's a very solid massage.

Description and pictures are really misleading. - They no longer serve food or have a restaurant, you have to uber food there and they make you go out to meet your uber driver in your robe - The massage lady was REALLY rough with me and it was a very uncomfortable massage. She also tried putting my claw clip back on my head and was so aggressive with it that it scraped my scalp so badly. - It’s also a small sized facility, 2 pools that fit 5 people max and one cold plunge. - Service was not great either, there were a ton of people sitting around and I had to get up to get myself what I needed. The front desk also ignored me when I let her know that the first page of their google my business shows food, and it isn’t clearly stated on their site that the restaurant is closed. She then asked for a tip after she ignored me.

Women's only spa. The pools/suana area is nudity area. The lockers have a wireless plastic watch-key you wear. If u make an appointment, arrive an hour early to enjoy the complimentary pools/saunas. You can order in and eat in the veranda. I cld spend a whole day there relaxing

It’s SHOCKING and downright rude that I have not given a review of the Olympic Spa before now. I’ve been coming to the Olympic Spa for almost 20 years. I have traveled all over the world and this still remains my favorite Korean spa. Everything about it is fabulous. The Milk & Honey Smoothie is the treatment to get. The salt room, spa, cold plunge, THE JADE FLOOR?!? I mean, what?!? That Jade floor is a game changer. The food, primarily the BibmBap! Go and stay a while. YOU DESERVE IT! If you have never been, you must do it. Get over any nerves you have about being nakie-nakie with everyone. It’s a great experience! Looooove this place!
